The High School 9:12 Scholarship consists of a one-time gift of $2,500 that is given out to deserving male and female senior students for use at any accredited University or Community College.
To be eligible to apply for the High School 9:12Â Scholarship, the applicant must:
Be a senior at an accredited high school
Must plan to attend a two or four year college or university
Maintain a 3.0+ GPA (on an unweighted 4.0 scale) from an accredited high school in the First Coast area (transcripts need to be available on request)
Participate in a varsity sport or its equivalent (band, theater, dance, etc.)
Participate in a wide range of extra-curricular activities through church, school and the community
Provide two letters of recommendation
Provide a professional photo
